Shiatsu is a fully clothed bodywork from Japan. It is an excellent therapy for wellbeing and relaxation and intends to support and treat imbalances causing stress/illness at the root of the person. Shiatsu is very relaxing to receieve and a great way to rest and rejuvinate. Alex currently practices from Snyed Park Osteopathic Clinic in Bistol. He also practices at the Devon School of Shiatsu, Totnes, once a month. He facilitates introductory workshops to shiatsu and chi kung in Bristol.
