If you're looking for a professional massage in the Greater Milwaukee Metro area, you've come to the right place! I have been trained in several modalities, including relaxation (Swedish), therapeutic, trigger point, hot stone, massage cupping and sports massage.
A professional massage induces general relaxation, increases circulation, enhances range of motion, and flushes toxins from tired, aching muscles. Massage has a profound effect on the nervous system, which in turn maintains or rebalances the mind, body and spirit.

Education/Training
Liz's natural curiousity, coupled with her experience led her to persue training in Reiki and , ultimately to graduate from the Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy in Germantown, Wisconsin.
Liz has recently completed her work to become a Reiki Master under the leadership and guidance of Murray M. Bernstein, Ph.D.
Bio
Liz's interest in the healing arts, aside from being the mother of three children, started during her work as a medical assistant. In addition to work at the renowned Oschner Clinic in Louisiana, she's spent time working as a medical assistant in diverse practice settings including pediatrics and podiatry.
Memberships
She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Wisconsin. In addition, she is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
