I have been practising massage for 26 years and love it!!

My sessions have evolved over the years to what works best for my clients. I specialize in shoulder dysfunction and lower back pain - which is often associated with hip issues.

I also work a lot with prenatal massage , and when the time comes have had a lot of success with induction massage - hoping to avoid chemical induced labor

My massage table is equiped with a tempurpedic mattress topper for maximum comfort my moms to be like this especially in their last trimester!

I combine massage with organic grade A essential oils and moist heat - I have found that the combination of these three not only help with pain and tension release but also leads clients to a deep state of relaxation.
