My private practice is focused on improving my client's quality of life. From over all relaxation to targeted area treatments, my goal is the well-being of every single patron. I provide relaxing Swedish massage, sports massage for enhancing performance and reducing injuries, deep tissue massage, reflexology and targeted medical massage. Each session is designed around a client's current needs and wishes. If you are seeking something other than "cookie cutter/ one size fits all massages", please see me. Bio

I have had a life long interest in alternative health - meditation, massage, chinese medicine,etc. I started attending training over fifteen years ago. My first bodywork/energy class was Linda Burnham's facial rejuvenation course - which I still use today. I then took an intensive course in foot reflexology. Over the course of the next five years I became fully trained in Therapeutic Touch at the Pumpkin Hollow farm and also received training in Reiki - levels one and two. Four years ago I had an opportunity to attend school for massage therapy and then became licensed in New York state and nationally certified through NCBTMB. I have been practicing my various modalities for many years, with a focus on massage therapy for the past four years. I have accumulated over one thousand hours of actual "hands on" massage and still love the work as much today as when I started.
