Licensed in both massage and acupuncture, Jeff has twenty five years experience. In 90 minute sessions he often utilizes both modalities, but spends almost all of the time on massage. His massage style is a uniquely technical and detailed style of Swedish massage done with an awareness of energy. Jeff has also studied nutrition and herbs. The client is welcome to discuss health, energy, and lifestyle issues, or to just enjoy a relaxing massage. The combination of acupuncture and massage is very effective for orthopedic pain and upper back/neck pain is a specialty. The combined therapies are also effective for stress disorders and can work like magic for mood and energy improvement.
