Swedish Sessions range from gentle and quiet to deeper work for tension especially in the neck and shoulders, stretching and long rhythmic strokes and the occasional light conversation. The choice is yours.
Sacred Lomi was developed from Hawaiian Temple Bodywork. Lomi means, to rub or weave. It is a massage from the heart. One of compassion, embracing the whole of each client. If you're a frequent receiver of massage, looking for something different, this might be what you're looking for.
