My practice is intuitive based. I listen to the body's rhythm to move my hands to the areas most needed to be massaged. My technique is somewhat of an ironing out the wrinkles in the bodys muscles. I use Ayurvedic herbal organic oils. With my initial touch I use Cranio Sacral holds to calm the mind and relax the body. The Cranio Sacral techniques work with the facia of the body releasing adhesions. Then I do a deep relaxation massage. When the body is relaxed I will use deep tissue massage if there are tight areas of holding. I use hot stones when someones body is hurting, long term chronic fatique or fibromyalgia.
