I work with people who are interested in their own personal evolution. If you have symptoms, I will partner you in getting to the bottom of the root causes. If you are stuck in something, whether it physical, emotional, mental or spiritual I will assist you in finding your flow again. Your sessions are completely confidential. I work gently and intuitively to ease you through your discomfort.
Holistic Healing and Spiritual Counseling are not “new” – many of us are seeking alternatives to “traditional western forms of medicine” (pills and procedures). Increasingly we find this way does not meet our needs. We’re unable to feel content or to overcome events from our past. We have pain that does not go away and is undiagnosed and seemingly undefinable.
Whether our pain is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, we just want it to stop. Pills and procedures no longer mask the symptoms and may never have addressed the root of our needs. We know we need help but are not able to activate our own ability to heal or even understand the things that are facing us. Sometimes we need an outside observer and a safe place to explore what’s really going on under our radar in order to heal, evolve and gain perspective. Teresa Jayne can provide that space.
