Linda Pearce, LMT, BA (Phys. Ed.), BSc (H.Ec.)
An Integrative, Holistic Approach to Rehabilitation,
Relaxation, and Health
On your first visit, we will discuss your health goals and prepare a plan of action to begin achieving those goals. This may consist of nutrition advice, fitness and rehabilitation exercises, massage and manual therapy treatments, and posture and relaxation techniques. You will be educated about your body and how to achieve balance again. Instructional handouts will be provided so that you may continue your health journey in between appointments. This holistic approach is very specific, individualized and it effectively targets the area most in need of change so that you can become pain-free, more mobile, at a healthier weight, and more energetic and vital as soon as possible. There are no crazy fad nutrition and exercise ideas and the manual therapy work is based on sound osteopathic ideas. Taking care of your health is vitally important and I will act as a vehicle to help you along your pathway to health.
