Maximize Your Active Lifestyle
Boise Holistic
At Boise Holistic we look at the whole picture.
Our practice consists of three main components:
Relief from pain, increase of flexibility and strength, and the nutrition to get the job done.
No one can perform their best if they are in pain or have dysfunction. Flexibility and strength are the key to joint and muscle health. Nutritional support is the key to maintaining all body functions.
Clientele like the personalized attention to detail and don't feel like another body in the schedule.
A typical session would consist of range of motion evaluation, full body or isolated treatment, corrective exercises and stretches that you can do at home with no equipment.
Of course if you just want to unwind with a kick butt massage, we can do that too.

Bio
Growing up in Arizona allowed me to appreciate the great outdoors. Hiking, biking and skiing became a way of life. I always had a love of cars. Living in Georgia, I was a professional auto mechanic with my own shop. I longed for other things. Moved to Colorado for a change of life and to get closer to the ski industry. Yeah, hiking and skiing heaven. I became a Ski Instructor for the disabled. Changed my life. Massage school came shortly there after. Move to Florida for several years and got back into sailing, grew up with it and enjoyed every minute. The west was calling and Boise seemed to fit the bill, so here I am enjoying the great out doors and helping people feel better. There is so much fun out there to be had.
