I am a Massage Therapist with a lot of different tools in my bag. I like to use whatever the person is needing most. Anything from regular massage, thai massage, pressure points, sound therapy using crystal singing bowls, gongs or tuning forks, reiki (reiki master). I also may use crystals with anything I do.

My bodywork practice is all about tuning in, not tuning out. I specialize in whole-person wellness and hold a safe space for the emotional side of bodywork to emerge. I deeply believe in the mind-body connection and find that emotional holdings can reside in the body. I often use a combination of therapeutic massage and Reiki energy work, allowing clients to find their path to healing. Clients often comment on the depth of my work, that is, I can provide a deep tissue therapeutic massage, as well as allow them to go to a deep state of relaxation and/or a deeply emotional place. I tailor each of my sessions to fit the unique needs of my clients, so no two sessions look the same. I meet each client in the present moment and listen deeply — with my ears and my touch — to understand what the body has to tell me.

Aaron Jennings, LMT is a nationally certified and state licensed massage therapist. He received his training in Tampa, FL. Later, Aaron moved to Hot Springs and began working at some of the most prestigious spas in Arkansas. Now, he has brought his unique approach of bodywork to Ruston and northern Louisiana. Most recently, he has begun an intensive training, with Laura Covington of the Bodhi Tree Learning Center, in Traditional Thai Medicine. The focus of this training is on Traditional Thai Bodywork and Herbal Remedies. Traditional Thai Bodywork is a unique form of massage performed in Thailand for at least the past several centuries. It is an unique experience like none other! The bodywork is performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor. The session takes the client through acupressure, joint mobilization, and passive yoga stretching. It's like having yoga done to you! Aaron has also received advanced training in Sports and Athletic massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Lomi Lomi, Reiki, and Trigger Point Therapy.
