We wanted to create a wellness center which focused on providing the highest quality and outcome based care available to our clients. Over the last 7 years, we have built our practice by referrals. Many of our clients have relied on our services for their health care needs since our opening in 2001.

People are overworked and overstressed. So, we settled into a lakeside cottage that enables people to truly relax and unwind. It is not at all unusual for people to come into our office and remark on how a sense of calm comes over them as soon as they arrive.
When someone calls for an appointment, their first contact is with a massage therapist, not a receptionist. Only by determining the client's true needs, can we determine the best treatment option and therapist for them.

Our practice is very diverse. We treat people afflicted with many different conditions.
Some serious, some simply need to relax, some with acute pain, some with chronic pain.
For this reason, we practice many different therapies. Each has it's own benefit and focus.
Our therapists' focus are diverse as well. Our interests vary from Swedish Massage to Deep Tissue and from Reiki to Reflexology and much more. Whatever our clients need, we are able to provide a treatment that will alleviate pain, reduce stress, and allow the body to regain it's balance. Each treatment is customized to our clients comfort and needs.
