I have been practising massage for 26 years and love it!! My sessions have evolved over the years to what works best for my clients. I specialize in shoulder dysfunction and lower back pain - which is often associated with hip issues. I also work a lot with prenatal massage , and when the time comes have had a lot of success with induction massage - hoping to avoid chemical induced labor My massage table is equiped with a tempurpedic mattress topper for maximum comfort my moms to be like this especially in their last trimester! Keep in mind some specific issues cannot be completely relieved by having a single massage session and repeat appointments may be recommended. For this reason I do offer several payment options to lower your overall cost for your massage treatment program. I also offer outcall service to your home, office or hotel. If it is at all possible it is more economical for you to come to me to get the lowest price possible. When doing an outcall I only do a minimum 90 minute massage at $90 plus travel and setup fee which is $25 to $50 depending on the distance from my studio. I have been in practice for over 20 years in the Portsmouth area. My style is eclectic in nature, utilizing the many techniques I have learned over years of giving massage and taking continuing education courses. Of course the fundamental techniques of Swedish massage with it's continuous effleurage strokes, deep kneading and stretching of tense muscles almost always shows up in a session to allow full body integration to take place. Some form of Thai massage is often included or can be given as a separate treatment on it's own. I have a special table for Pregnant clients so they are able to comfortably and safely lie face down on the table. On-Site Chair Massage or Corporate massage is another vibrant aspect of my practice. A 15 minute massage is administered in a specially designed chair while clients are fully dressed. Great for parties or gatherings as well. I also instruct my clients in self-care techniques to ensure that healing and lifelong well-being is supported.

An hour goes by too quickly, so enjoy one hour and half of swedish or therapeutic massage or a combination thereof. I also use some craniosacral therapy in my massage. I learned craniosacral first, but then learned I had to be a licensed massage therapist in order to use craniosacral therapy - so i got LMT license. I do not like to rush through such a relaxing treatment of massage : that's the reason my massages are for an hour and half. This way you don't feel rushed and I am also at ease.
