An hour goes by too quickly, so enjoy one hour and half of swedish or therapeutic massage or a combination thereof. I also use some craniosacral therapy in my massage. I learned craniosacral first, but then learned I had to be a licensed massage therapist in order to use craniosacral therapy - so i got LMT license. I have been in practice for over 20 years in the Portsmouth area. Brennan is very prompt and professional. He asked about my areas of need and focused on my concerns. He's best at sports in deep tissue. And it's hot stones feel very warm and comforting. This is a common review on my other sites. I do this full time and I'm always looking to get someone in the schedule. I always try to be early and communicate well. My only downfalls that I don't answer phone calls usually and that's because I'm busy quite often. So text is preferred.

After the physical evaluation, which doesn't take but 15 minutes or so, the session will begin. All pressure will be gauged to your comfort level.
