The Cranio Sacral techniques work with the facia of the body releasing adhesions. Then I do a deep relaxation massage. When the body is relaxed I will use deep tissue massage if there are tight areas of holding. I use hot stones when someones body is hurting, long term chronic fatique or fibromyalgia. The heat relaxes the muscles and relieves the pain. Over time and lifestyle changes the pain can be decreased significantly. I also do Ayurveda, using meditation, pranyama (deep breathing) techniques. During your treatment you will often be instructed to breathe at the beginning. The remainiing time is a quiet deeply relaxing experience. I also do 6 week 2 hour workshops. At the last session I serve a beautiful bouguet of delicious organic foods.
