An hour goes by too quickly, so enjoy one hour and half of swedish or therapeutic massage or a combination thereof. I also use some craniosacral therapy in my massage. I learned craniosacral first, but then learned I had to be a licensed massage therapist in order to use craniosacral therapy - so i got LMT license. I do not like to rush through such a relaxing treatment of massage : that's the reason my massages are for an hour and half. This way you don't feel rushed and I am also at ease.
