I am a Certified Wellness Practitioner and Educator focusing primarily on Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Chi Massage), and Taoist Meditations. Since my work is very interactive, I will always give you some type of work to do in between sessions.This can be in the form of self-Reiki, self-Abdominal Massage, a particular meditation or Chi Kung exercise, inner child writing to name a few. Because of this, a session may last longer than or less than 1 hour. Due to the nature and commitment involved in wellness work of this type, I highly recommend that you plan to schedule at least 4 sessions to be able to see the effects of the work over a period of time.
