Through the implementation of myofascial release, deep tissue therapy, trigger point release and PNF stretching, I assist the client in re-establishing structural balance and the pain is relieved. When working with individuals who may not be experiencing pain, I tailor each treatment to address and meet their specific goals. The techniques are similar to those used in relieving pain, except that the focus is on pain prevention and enhanced quality of life.
