After the physical evaluation, which doesn't take but 15 minutes or so, the session will begin. All pressure will be gauged to your comfort level. I'll explain what I am doing and why, unless, of course, you prefer peace and quiet... which I will respect. When the session is complete, I'll wait for you in the next room where I'll provide and explain your self-care instructions. There is no cost for the evaluation and self-care.
