When you come for your first visit, I'll provide a one-page intake form for you to fill out. Not only will I consider the information you've written, but I will listen to what you have to say about your activities of daily living (ADLs) in order to get an overview of what repetitive strain you may be placing on your musculoskeletal system, including emotional stress which reflects in the tissues. After the physical evaluation, which doesn't take but 15 minutes or so, the session will begin. All pressure will be gauged to your comfort level.
