I am a licensed massage therapist centrally located in the Tampa Bay area with my own quiet, clean, private studio. Every massage therapist is different and I have incorporated various techniques that I have learned from my professional training along with techniques used on me from other massage therapists. I work with clients who have specific needs and will provide a custom tailored massage as requested by you. Most clients prefer my general wellness massage where I use integrated approaches blending both Swedish massage and deep tissue massage to melt away stress leaving the client totally relaxed while at the same time offering a therapeutic relief of sore aching muscles. For most clients I use Biotone Dual Purpose Massage Cream and I often mix essential oils to create custom blends to aid in relaxation or muscle/joint therapy. I also have massage oil and massage cream if you prefer those. Before beginning each session we will discuss your specific needs and expectations of receiving your massage. Keep in mind some specific issues cannot be completely relieved by having a single massage session and repeat appointments may be recommended. For this reason I do offer several payment options to lower your overall cost for your massage treatment program. I also offer outcall service to your home, office or hotel. If it is at all possible it is more economical for you to come to me to get the lowest price possible. When doing an outcall I only do a minimum 90 minute massage at $90 plus travel and setup fee which is $25 to $50 depending on the distance from my studio. Knowing that postural habits are the usual cause for our pain and that every client is unique, I perform a free physical evaluation before your session, which is crucial to the success of massage therapy. Not only is my practice about the work, but it is of utmost importance to me that you feel comfortable and safe under my care. When you come for your first visit, I'll provide a one-page intake form for you to fill out. Not only will I consider the information you've written, but I will listen to what you have to say about your activities of daily living (ADLs) in order to get an overview of what repetitive strain you may be placing on your musculoskeletal system, including emotional stress which reflects in the tissues. After the physical evaluation, which doesn't take but 15 minutes or so, the session will begin. All pressure will be gauged to your comfort level. I'll explain what I am doing and why, unless, of course, you prefer peace and quiet... which I will respect. When the session is complete, I'll wait for you in the next room where I'll provide and explain your self-care instructions. There is no cost for the evaluation and self-care. You will be charged for the hands-on work only.

I have been in practice for 18 years now, specializing in post-injury, deep tissue and relaxation treatments. Each session is geared toward what the client/patients needs are. Because of my work experience at a local hospital doing bedside massage for patients for almost 14 years, my medical massage experiece has been pivotal in my private practice. I was much too busy attempting to convince the being they had made a mistake and visited the wrong person. I did not hear or remember what the message was. Remembering only the final parting words. "When the time is right you will be called upon to serve." When the student is ready the teacher will appear. Several weeks later I met my first spiritual teacher and began my quest for personal success........... enlightenment. My first tool learned was about choice. Remembering in every moment choice is always available, even not making a choice is a choice.
