Body Balance was created out of a love of helping people find relief from their day to day stress, muscle tension, headache & back pain. I incorporate various techniques which help soften and release muscular tightness (i.e., spasms, knots, cramping, contractions) in order that you can feel looser and progress towards a painfree body. I have been working for years on athletes, professionals, police, teachers, and business owners (to name a few) using Deep Tissue techniques to help give great relief over time.

I have helped with injuries of all kinds in most areas of the body, and when I can do no more (muscularly), I will be happy to educate and direct you to an appropriate next step.
