Relaxing and Energetic Bodywork
I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Graduating with over 1,000 hours of training. I have a nice cozy office located in downtown Longmont Colorado in the Mountain Spirit Healing Arts Center.
I provide a wide range of techniques in each of my sessions, customized to give the client what it is they want or need. Examples would be: Swedish, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone Massage,Reflexology, Sports Massage, Polarity Therapy, Energy Work and Chakra balancing.
I see clients in my office and do out calls as well, bringing my table to your home.
I'm a kind compassionate caring individual that wants to share my passion for massage therapy with you. Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist, I worked for 15 years in medical imaging performing x-rays and CT scans. This experience gave me a great deal of understanding about the human body and the many injuries and illnesses that we can experience. After many years of imaging work, I wanted to change gears to truly help people to feel better, not just find and pin point problems. I found that I have a natural gift for being able to do this through bodywork and massage therapy.
I am also a very athletic individual and life long athlete. I grew up playing soccer, volleyball, basketball & skiing. Then took on other sports during and after college such as bicycle racing, snowboarding, triathalons, whitewater kayaking, rock climbing and many more. You name it chances are I've at least tried it once. With this I have a great deal of understand about sports related injuries and pains as well.
