I like to provide a focused massage, relaxing as well as therapeutic. I do specific work integrating different types of massage techniques.
The body, spirit, mind and nervous system are one and the same. I respect that and try to be present and mindful of each individuals unique needs on any given day.

Bio
Joyce begam her therapeutic massage career in 1997 in Connecticut after earning her national certification at The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She has worked in spas and doctor's offices and has maintained a private practice in Connecticut, Seattle, New York and New Jersey.
Joyce enjoys learning new techniques on an ongoing basis such as Thai stretching, hot stones, aromatherapy, trigger point, shiatsu, cranial-sacral, and reflexology and putting these into practice for a unique, integrative experience tailored for each client's needs.
Joyce specializes in deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial work, and Swedish massage. She has worked on a wide range of clients including professionals, infants, athletes, seniors, pregnant women, teenagers, and cancer patients
Her goal is to create an individualized relaxation experience as well as an effective therapeutic massage.
