After the physical evaluation, which doesn't take but 15 minutes or so, the session will begin. All pressure will be gauged to your comfort level. Sports and rehabilitation therapy is the skilled application of a wide range of therapeutic techniques to treat a client in the prevention, recognition and treatment of a sports related injury and to help support the client to maintain and improve fitness. The sports therapist may also use techniques to assist a client with injuries or trauma sustained in a non sports situation such as at home,a car accident or at work.
