I typically work with clients at the office 4 days a week (M, T, TH, F), working day and evening hours. In addition, I perform location chair massage and in-home massage therapy sessions. My area of focus is pregnancy massage, but I see a wide range of clients with a variety of needs from relaxation to specific therapeutic work. My clients range in age from 6 mos to late 80's. I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue (including Japanese Resorative massage), Hot Stone, Thai Yoga Therapy, Lymph Drainage Massage, Face Lift Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu and Reiki. In addition, I have experience with Cranialsacral, Lymph Drainage, Auyervedic and Chinese medicine/massage, and acupressure. I am certified in Nurturing the Mother® Pre- and Perinatal Massage, which includes fertility, pregnancy, labor, postpartum and infant massage.

I have been in practice for 18 years now, specializing in post-injury, deep tissue and relaxation treatments. Each session is geared toward what the client/patients needs are. Because of my work experience at a local hospital doing bedside massage for patients for almost 14 years, my medical massage experiece has been pivotal in my private practice. I do not diagnose a clients condition, but I work closely with other medical professionals to assist each client in their direct path of rehabilitation.
