At Back On Track Massage Therapy we like to customize the massage experience to maximize your benefit. We will do a brief medical history, ask about specific expectations or goals for the session and work together with you to facilitate the desired outcomes. You are in charge...you can talk if that relaxes you, or just listen to the music. I will follow your lead. I do a pretty deep massage, but do not believe that "deep" has to mean "painful". I watch for your individual body cues with the goal of maximum release with the least amount of invasiveness.
