I specialize in Neuromuscular Release Therapy with certifications in Sports Massage and I am a certified Sports and Performance Therapist with an emphasis in improving golf swings and with any sport an improved motion. I am well versed in Deep Tissue Massage, I also so Swedish massage, pre/post natal,infant,reflexology, chair massage, event massage
Education/Training
I have been a practicing Massage Therapist for about 2 years. I graduated from Healing Hands School of Massage Therapy in Westwood, NJ. While at school I completed 600 hours of training and have accumulated approximately another 200 hours of continuing education focusing on modalities that I believe will help my clients.I am continually looking for CEU courses that will benefit me and the people I treat.In 2009 I spent a week in Arizona learning NRT and became a Sports and Performance Therapist .I am NJ certified and NCBTMB certified.
Bio
I have been a practicing Massage Therapist for about 2 years. I decided to go into Massage Therapy after a stressful period in my life when massage really made a difference.
When I am not massaging I also am a CPR and First Aid Instructor. I also am an avid scuba diver with a rating of dive master.I love to travel and I love to read and hang out with friends and family.
I'm also a volunteer on a Rescue/Dive team that works Hydroplane races.
