I have been practicing massage for almost 10 years . I use many types of modalities I have both learned and developed over the years. Through my own learning experience I have learned to help and cure many clients who spend countless hours on the computer and stressed with muscle pain that goes from the neck through the arms wrists and fingers and lower back. Deep tissue is my specialty but I can accommodate all body types by feedback and palpation techniques. At Back On Track Massage Therapy we like to customize the massage experience to maximize your benefit. We will do a brief medical history, ask about specific expectations or goals for the session and work together with you to facilitate the desired outcomes. You are in charge...you can talk if that relaxes you, or just listen to the music. I will follow your lead. I do a pretty deep massage, but do not believe that "deep" has to mean "painful". I watch for your individual body cues with the goal of maximum release with the least amount of invasiveness.

Caring Palms is a nice, relaxing place to get much needed work whether that be to relieve problems or simply to relax and reduce stress. Massage styles include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone, and Esalen-Inspired relaxation massage. Reiki energy sessions are performed as well. Reiki classes are also available from Beginner to Master. Caring Palms also teaches classes on Massage for couples that want to learn to work on each other as well as Meditation and other energy classes. Caring Palms takes the time you need. Clients are not rushed in and out. Each hour massage is a full 60 minutes of massage. Caring Palms will also consult before each session to find the best treatment.
