My practice is intuitive based. I listen to the body's rhythm to move my hands to the areas most needed to be massaged. My technique is somewhat of an ironing out the wrinkles in the bodys muscles. I use Ayurvedic herbal organic oils. With my initial touch I use Cranio Sacral holds to calm the mind and relax the body.
