I offer several styles of massage therapy, from relaxation (Swedish and Hot Stone) to therapeutic and rehabilitative (Myofascial Release, Sports Therapy, PreNatal, Deep Tissue). Integrative Massage is the most requested, as clients can then combine several styles to best suit their circumstances. Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes in length, and I offer reduced rates for more frequent appointments. Clients enjoy this benefit when they schedule bi-weekly or even weekly massages, short or long term. My practice is affiliated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and we routinely coordinate treatment with other referring doctors, trainers, and healthcare entities.
