During each session heating pads are used on the back and neck to warm and relax tight muscles. We use a combination of various techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, accupressure, reflexology, energy work and a variety of stretching techniques. Aromatherapy is included and heated towels are used at the end of each session to soothe the skin and remove any excess oils.
