i practice barefoot shiatsu massage primarily. the work harmonizes the network of energy meridians that run throughout the body. a complete shiatsu will visit every acupressure point on the body, open all the joints, stretch and massage all the muscles, and even polish the bones. this treatment of the body as a whole allows the client to come to their own unique balance after all of their buttons have been reset. i also teach five element theory, meditation, qi gong, diet, magnet therapy and moxabustion to aide in the clients sustained well-being and continued growth after the session.

The ancient art of Thai Yoga Massage blends yoga asana with healing touch and the spiritual practice of "metta" or loving kindness. The receiver will be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the massage, that is also combined with deep static and rhythmic pressing movements. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment. People describe Thai Yoga massage as both relaxing and energizing. What should I expect during my visit? Thai Yoga massage is usually done on a padded mat on the floor. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed. You are usually asked to bring or wear comfortable clothing to the massage. A typical Thai Yoga massage is 60 minutes to two hours long.
