Healing Hands focuses on providing table massage for clients seeking relief from stress and discomfort, as well as providing chair massage to working professionals in an office environment. Regardless of the setting, the goal is the same: to help relax the body and mind in order to restore a sense of balance and well-being.

Healing Hands is dedicated to providing quality therapeutic massages and educating people on overall health and wellness. We are bilingual (hablamos espanol) and are pleased to work with clients of all ethnicities at every stage of life, while maintaining client confidentiality and sensitivity to age and gender-related issues. We possess a thorough knowledge of fundamentals of human physiology, and use this knowledge to identify massage needs of a client by examining his/her medical history. Our goal is to give each client the best massage that will not only relax and renew, but also heal and refresh.

Healing Hands strives to educate our clients about simple ways to incorporate healthy lifestyle choices into daily living. While one should always consult their physician prior to beginning any massage regimen, more and more medical experts consider massage to be an effective, natural way to relieve mild to moderate pain without the dangerous side effects sometimes experienced after surgery or medication.
Bio
HH founder Anastasia grew up in a variety of locations across the United States due to her father's job in the Marine Corps. Her love of traveling brought her to Mexico to live as an exchange student, to Athens to study during her second year of college, and to a grand total of 50 countries on six continents during and after her four years with United Airlines. She worked as an Advertising Executive for 8 years prior to starting a more fulfilling career in massage. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with The Cat Network, traveling, being outdoors, and raising funds for needy children through Aura's House.
