I enjoy making people feel better. I enjoy seeing the sigh of relief when they get off my table at the end of a session. Massage to me, is something that needs to be a part of daily life. There is so much that goes on in our lives;so much that is thrown at us everyday; so much that our body takes on to keep us functional. I believe that all of that stress, is the cause of a good chunk of the illnesses that plague us today. I Believe that one massage can go a long way for someone; it can open up new possibilities and free up pent up emotional and mental energies that allow us to operate at a more vibrant level ; a more conscious level. That is what I hope and strive to achieve with my clients when they arrive to my massage table. I offer a place to breathe, pause, and reboot their bodies, minds , and spirits.

I operate a small, personalized service out of my home. I customize all my services to maximize pain relief and relaxation and hold myself to the highest professional and ethical standards. My main objective is to promote overall health and, in cases where the situation requires further professional assistance, I refer clients to other professionals better suited to treat the condition in question and work closely with doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors to promote the overall health and well-being of my clients. I continue to seek out training in new modalities to further benefit my clients and promote their good health.

My practice is focused on stress relief, body balancing and detoxification. We focus on the clients immediate needs then form a plan of action which suites the clients lifestyle. We utilize many different techniques to achieve our goals and make these techniques available during each session. Our ultimate goal is to tailor each session to the client with a holistic approach incorporating mind, body and spirit.

17 years of practice has given me a very good intuitive sense with clients. I offer therapeutic massage for pain and stress management, an eclectic blend of modalities that includes Deep Tissue Massage, Shiatsu and Swedish Massage and Reiki. If you prefer one particular modality over another, I can do that. I base the choice of modality on the needs and preferences of the client. I also offer Reconnective Healing which is off the body energy work. My audio CD, Guided Massage for Everyone, provides step by step instructions so anyone can massage their family and friends. Hypnosis is a heightened state of focused awareness that gently and effectively interrupts and replaces behavior patterns so you can easily make the changes that lead to new possibilities and behaviors.
