I utilize many of the techniques listed above, but unify them using Swedish massage so that the result is relaxing as well as therapeutic. Many of my patients who come to me for a specific problem, return on a regular basis for overall wellness massage. I enjoy the ability to get to know and care for each of my clients and even address medical topics for educational purposes. Many like to discuss health topics such a nutrition while on the table, while others prefer quiet. Either is fine.
