Over 2500 hours of actual massage therapy training including continuing education hours obtained in the states of Maryland, Washington, and Georgia. My training includes thorough understanding of physiology, pathology and bodywork, i.e. Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology and Myofascial Release. Continuing education includes Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, Lomi Lomi, Fijian Massage (Barfoot Massage), Reiki Master/Teacher training. In addition, I have 20 years of regular hands-on experience in massage therapy as well as 28 years of energy healing experience.
