My training includes thorough understanding of physiology, pathology and bodywork, i.e. Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology and Myofascial Release. Continuing education includes Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, Lomi Lomi, Fijian Massage (Barfoot Massage), Reiki Master/Teacher training.
