I specialize in pain relief therapies such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial work, Neuromuscular Therapy and PNF stretching. Additionally, I have extensive experience working as a Personal Trainer, which has greatly enhanced my understanding of Anatomy/Physiology and how the body moves in general( Kinesiology).
I do in home massage therapy appointments for the Annapolis, Severn Park, Millersville area, as well as appointments at the studio I work at in Crofton.

I spent 5 years working as a Personal Trainer and realized that i wanted to do something more therapeutic. I love massage as it allows me to enhance a persons' ability to do the things they love to do, as being able to move freely without muscular pain can greatly enhance a persons' life.
