Our philosophy is that massage therapy is a powerful too to bring the body into balance and out of pain. Much of the pain felt in our bodies is because of soft tissue imbalances that create strain patterns that over time cause pain. Our bodies are continually fighting gravity and the day to day wear and tear of life by being plastic and compensating to do our daily activities. We are blissfully unaware of how much our body is twisting, and bending and compressing to adapt. This strategy works well. But over time these compensations lead to pain. We use advanced massage therapy techniques to unwind these compensations and decompress and straighten the body so that there is less strain to cause the pain. It really is that simple.
