My specialties are Integrative CranioSacral Therapy and Sports Massage; two opposite ends of the spectrum but both very needed healing and relaxing modalities. I completed Integrative CranioSacral Therapy training in 2001. Our philosophy is that massage therapy is a powerful too to bring the body into balance and out of pain. Much of the pain felt in our bodies is because of soft tissue imbalances that create strain patterns that over time cause pain.
