Melania Mersades is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, somatic practitioner, and spiritual mentor based in St. Petersburg, Florida. With over 20 years of holistic practice and more than 13,000 professional hours, her work lives at the intersection of therapeutic bodywork, nervous system regulation, energy healing, and emotional intelligence.

Bio
Melania Mersades has been studying and practicing complementary and alternative medicine since childhood, beginning with herbs and aromatherapy. She entered the U.S. Army in 1997, and her years of service deepened rather than interrupted her pursuit of wholeness. She incorporated Reiki into her practice in 2002 and pursued formal training in music as a healing art at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences.
She completed massage therapy training at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and has been licensed in Florida since 2012. Over more than two decades of continued study and hands-on practice, she developed a multidimensional approach drawing from therapeutic bodywork, somatic awareness, energy medicine, and ancestral healing.
In addition to private sessions, Melania leads Reiki certification trainings, somatic and leadership development programs, a Spa Day that focuses on Self Care and Nervous System Regulation, and a Couples Massage Class & Date Night.
