take a break from stress and nurture your soul with a healing heart massage

There are countless benefits to receiving regular massages. I believe that massage is a very important part of your health and wellness plan. Massage is a gentle therapy that calms your nervous system and increases circulation. It eases tension and promotes healing of both your body and mind.

I want to be your wellness partner. Together we will discuss your individual needs and then I will utilize a variety of techniques, such as swedish, fascial release, reflexology and deep tissue to address your concerns. Each session is personalized to fit you.

Time for consultation and dressing is never deducted from the massage, so your actual massage time will be always be at least the session time.

60, 90 and 120 minute sessions are available
