I learn about them through being curious about their lives in my effort to understand their sources of stress and pain. Baby You Women's Wellness supports healthy women, babies, and families. We provide pre and postpartum massage and therapeutic Yoga, Doula support, Infant Massage Education, and health and wellness coaching and education. We also offer spa services such as scrubs, body wraps and paraffin treatments. While the practice is focused on women's wellness, we do accommodate clients of either gender. I combine massage with organic grade A essential oils and moist heat - I have found that the combination of these three not only help with pain and tension release but also leads clients to a deep state of relaxation.
