I have been a bodyworker for 34 years, trained originally at Bouder School of Massage Therapy, with much continued training and experience in many modalities of healing touch. I am well grounded in these various healing practices and bring a combination of styles into my sessions. I work with your unique needs to provide sessions that are absolutely relaxing and rejuvenating - a wonderful oasis in which to let go of the accumulated stresses and strains of daily life, somatically as well as emotionally. I do table massage using natural organic products. It is totally possible to have a vigorous deep tissue workout or a gentle relaxing integrating experience or something in between.
