Bio
I have been interested in alternative health all of my adult life and am well informed about healing modalities. I have much experience with athletic training, injury rehabilitation, and health and wellness. I know how to grow my own food and have studied nutrition including the use of supplements. I believe the body heals itself and that I am only a humble facilitator.
