His style of therapeutic massage is a basic Swedish but he use his training and background to customize the massage to fit your individual needs. Wednesday's, Thursday's, and Saturdays by appointment. I like to provide a focused massage, relaxing as well as therapeutic. I do specific work integrating different types of massage techniques. The body, spirit, mind and nervous system are one and the same. I respect that and try to be present and mindful of each individuals unique needs on any given day.

I have been freeing soft tissue lesions and correcting the postural distortions they cause for over 20 years. I am California Certified since 1994. I have been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 1989. I have worked with Chiropractors and Physical Therapists. I use an integrative approach including myofascial release, Sportsmassage, deep Swedish, joint mobilization, static stretching and gentle traction. Please feel free to call me with questions.

I specialize in deep tissue and trigger point work but have been trained in many modalities including swedish, shiatsu and pregnancy. I have been practicing for 3 years and have national certification from the NCBTMB. I am based in Oakland but am willing to travel the bay area. I am available for bridal parties and baby showers as well as incall massage. I am equipped to work from my home or come to yours.
