I am a Certified Wellness Practitioner and Educator focusing primarily on Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Chi Massage), and Taoist Meditations. While I primarily specialize in women's issues, I work with both men and women. My one-on-one work is a multi-dimensional therapy where I utilize all of my "tools" to design personalized wellness programs for my clients. A "session" may include any and/or all of the modalities that I work with depending upon what you need at the time. Your initial session will consist of an interview to ascertain your current health status on all levels - physical as well as mental,emotional and spiritual. I will then use that information to design a program for you which will address nutrition, hydration, cleansing, elimination, meditation, emotional writing exercises, Chi Kung, and self-help Chi Nei Tsang. Since my work is very interactive, I will always give you some type of work to do in between sessions.This can be in the form of self-Reiki, self-Abdominal Massage, a particular meditation or Chi Kung exercise, inner child writing to name a few. Because of this, a session may last longer than or less than 1 hour.
