I have been providing relief from pain and stress for my clients since 2008. I am always adding new massage and energy work modalities, so please contact me if you are looking for a specific modality. I will travel up to 25 miles from my home in Gurnee, IL, for in-home sessions. I am also available at a new location in Vernon Hills on Tuesdays and Thursdays, by appointment only.

My work is performed in my home studio located in Franklin WI. The massage room is private, quiet and the atmosphere is relaxing. Music, running water, candles and fragrance all grace the surroundings within the room. Since it is all about you, all variables can be customized to meet your needs. There are stairs leading to the room and adjustments can be made if unable to walk up the staircase. I work with professional grade products using Biotone lotions, oils and gels.

We will do a brief medical history, ask about specific expectations or goals for the session and work together with you to facilitate the desired outcomes. You are in charge...you can talk if that relaxes you, or just listen to the music. I will follow your lead. I do a pretty deep massage, but do not believe that "deep" has to mean "painful". I watch for your individual body cues with the goal of maximum release with the least amount of invasiveness.
