A restriction is the result of fascia becoming adhered or "stuck". These adhesions are dense networks of "stuck" collagen fibers that can cause decreased flexibility or movement in certain areas of your body. This alters the natural and efficient alignment of your physical structure. Therapeutic bodywork facilitates your natural healing processes and can encourage your body to attain a more balanced and efficient alignment.
