I’m a holistic health therapist and strategist and I work with tightness, pain, restriction, injury, trauma and transition and I have many years of experience supporting wellness and the healing process, and resolving many different issues. I have a special interest in working with Tourette’s and in addressing the challenges it can cause. I work very well with athletes and kids, and love to help parents, professionals and business owners perform at their best.
