So many clients complain that their health care providers don't do that basic thing. Each client is unique. I learn about them through being curious about their lives in my effort to understand their sources of stress and pain. Once I gain that information, I can craft a bodywork session to support their specific needs. These actions can include swedish massage, deeper massage to access a block, and stretches.
