Our philosophy is that massage therapy is a powerful too to bring the body into balance and out of pain. Much of the pain felt in our bodies is because of soft tissue imbalances that create strain patterns that over time cause pain. Our bodies are continually fighting gravity and the day to day wear and tear of life by being plastic and compensating to do our daily activities. We are blissfully unaware of how much our body is twisting, and bending and compressing to adapt. This strategy works well. But over time these compensations lead to pain. We use advanced massage therapy techniques to unwind these compensations and decompress and straighten the body so that there is less strain to cause the pain. It really is that simple. The challenging part is analyzing the body for postural distortions and strategically correcting the tissues. That is where we come in. Our main modality for correcting the structure is Structural Energetic Therapy (SET). SET unwinds the body and brings it into balance. If you just want a quick tune up and we can also do more general deep tissue massage, sports massage and neuromuscular massage therapies. We are located near downtown Orlando, Florida. During your treatment, you will experience a unique blend of movement, touch, and stillness... long flowing strokes with deep muscular work complimented by gentle rocking and stretching, energy balancing, and passive joint movement, all to create body awareness and energized relaxation. You will receive an ntegration of many modalities, both modern and ancient, Eastern & Western, including moist heat, Hot Stones, Reflexology, Usui Reiki, Craniosacral, Myofascial Release, and therapeutic stretch & traction, as well as Swedish and/or Deep Tissue, which will be the foundation of your treatment unless you request otherwise. Our intention throughout the course of your session will always be to honor and respect your privacy and personal boundaries, as well as to draw-in greatest love, greatest light, & greatest good, regardless of the modality being practiced.

The techniques I offer in my sessions are a combination of: Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Shiatsu Massage (Compressions and stretching based on Meridians) Reiki - Energy Healing Cranial Sacral Therapy Trigger Point aka Neuromuscular Massage Sports (quick clothed strokes with stretching) and Injury Massage Russian Sports Massage with focus on Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology Hydrotherapy (will be offered soon) Hydrostone Therapy (will be offered soon as well) Chair massage is also available
