I've been licensed 27 years. I turned a hobby into a full time career, I was always massaging team mates, lifeguards I worked with and friends. I've been in Central Florida all my life, went to school in Orlando and later transferred to Lake County. I graduated from Southern Adventist University, Collegedale, Tn and fell in love with the mountains in Tn. and Ky. I love getting away to the local beaches of Flagler Beach, New Smyrna, etc. just for rejuvenation. I also, garden, birdwatch, fish both fresh and saltwater, shoot guns and enjoy photography.

Completed three full Marathons, London, NY, Disney, numerous 1/2 marathons and 15k's,10k, nd 5k's.

I walk/run 3 miles 5x week, workout 3 x week with weights and enter Track Shack races in the winter season

I am one of the few LMT's who practices what she preaches, I walk the talk.

Favorite winter-time activity, splitting wood for my woodstove and sitting in front of a cozy fire with a good book and hot tea or coffee.

Awesome massage, very professional and office is quiet on top floor of building. Lydia got all my tension knots released and I walked out of her office feeling like putty.
