Joanna has been practicing since 2001 and has studied a wide range of modalities including deep tissue, myofascial release techniques, Asian bodywork techniques (Thai Massage and Shiatsu), structural integration, and various forms of therapeutic exercise (Yoga, body mechanics, exercise rehab).
