Joanna has been practicing since 2001 and has studied a wide range of modalities including deep tissue, myofascial release techniques, Asian bodywork techniques (Thai Massage and Shiatsu), structural integration, and various forms of therapeutic exercise (Yoga, body mechanics, exercise rehab). She tailors the treatment to meet the clients needs. She works with balancing the body, decreasing myofascial pain, improving range of motion, overall well-being and getting the clients back to the activities they love.

Bio
Joanna has almost two decades of experience working with clients recovering from injury, whiplash, and chronic pain, She was worked extensively with those suffering from sever auto injuries, sports related injuries, fibromyalgia, headaches, migraines, frozen shoulder, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpel tunnel issues, sciatica, plantar fasciits, pelvic misalignments, scoliosis, forward head and neck syndrome and more. She is highly experienced working and communicating with a variety of healthcare providers to complement and progress client care plans and rehabilitating from motor vehicle accidents. She is skilled in dealing with insurance chart notes, billing, communicating with lawyers, physicians and other healthcare providers and working as an advocate for clients. She goes out of her way to help the client learn what will help their body improve. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, cooking, skiing, biking and spending time with family and friends.
