Joanna has been practicing since 2001 and has studied a wide range of modalities including deep tissue, myofascial release techniques, Asian bodywork techniques (Thai Massage and Shiatsu), structural integration, and various forms of therapeutic exercise (Yoga, body mechanics, exercise rehab). She tailors the treatment to meet the clients needs. She works with balancing the body, decreasing myofascial pain, improving range of motion, overall well-being and getting the clients back to the activities they love.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1989 and a Certified Rolfer ® since 2001. I primarily help people heal from acute or chronic pain and injury with what I call “medical massage.” By utilizing my toolbox of Rolfing, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, therapeutic stretching, and Kinesio-Tape, I am able to conquer some of the most difficult cases with long-lasting results. I have experience treating people with auto injuries, sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, repetitive use injuries, and even for preventative maintenance.
