I'm a Shiatsu Practitioner trained at the Northern School of Shiatsu. I'm a fully insured member of the Shiatsu Society. I am also Reiki Master Practitioner and Crystal Therapist. Using these therapies, I can help relieve tension and stress, promote overall wellbeing, aide sleep and relaxation, whilst alleviating the symptoms of physical aches and pains Shiatsu originated in Japan, where it was developed from Traditional Chinese Medicine and merged with more recent Western therapies. A shiatsu treatment is built around the belief that there are energy channels called meridians running through the body. Although shiatsu means "finger pressure" a number of techniques are used to adjust the body's physical structure and balance the flow of energy through the meridians. Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience and regular treatments can alleviate stress and illness, and help maintain health and wellbeing.

Your Therapy time is a completely mobile Holistic massage therapy practice, enabling you to enjoy holistic massage in the comfort of your own home or premises. Treatments available are: Full Body Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Thorough Foot massage, Indian Head Massage, Anti Cellulite Massage I also cater for Pamper parties and individual pamper sessions. Other treatments and therapies are also available. Typical treatment costs are £15 for 1 hour, £21 for 90 minutes, £26 for 2 hours I am based in Wolverhampton and cover all local areas, including Wombourn, Penkridge, Albrighton, codsall, Wednesfield and everywhere in between. As a guide, treatments are available between: 10.00am to 21.00pm monday to friday 10.00am to 18.00pm Saturday 10.00 am to 16.00 pm Sunday enabling clients to enjoy their therapy at a time to suit themselves. Times other than those listed can be arranged.
