I am a qualified Masseur and Reflexologist and run a mobile massage business in Bedfordshire and surrounding areas offering various treatments. I also offer treatments in my home studio.

For a home visit David will visit you with a portable massage table, towels and oils, and give you a treatment designed to meet your needs
David uses a variety of techniques, from deep tissue work through to long effleurage flowing strokes, head massage, reflex work, pressure points and thai stretching
A reflexology treatment generally lasts 60 minutes, a massage treatment can last up to 90 minutes
A Thai Massage can take anything from 90 minutes to 3 hours. 60 minute 'trial' sessions available

Bio
My earliest inspiration was when I was coached in the art of Alexander Technique from my late teens. I went on to study Yoga and Pilates both of which allowed me to actively change the way I used my body. I was also fortunate enough to meet and receive treatments from some very gifted Masseurs and Body Therapists. These varied approaches to body mechanics had a deep effect on me and inspired me to learn about the world of Holistic Health.
When I began to relate my own studies in Alexander, Yoga and Pilates to other people, I realised that I had a strong instinct to help people overcome their physical difficulties, and so began my journey into the world of massage and body mechanics.
Once I had qualified as a masseur, I joined the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) which is a Professional Governing Body. I was keen to have the support of a large organisation not only because it obliges its members to continue training in order to keep up to date with current thinking and practices, but also to be part of a wide and growing network of like-minded people.
